MCG to Partner with Radiant Project

Join two filmmakers from Los Angeles for a collaborative screening to premiere three short films from a new documentary films series "The Radiant Project" --They have been traveling the country promoting their new film series and on Wednesday, Oct. 26th they are coming to Lansing for a FREE film screening at The Marquee in Old Town from 7:00 - 9:00 pm (doors opening at 6:30)

--"The Radiant Project" is a collection of documentary film shorts which focus on human beings who empower others, and create leaders through their own courage and compassion. (Six of these individuals are from Michigan)

Sandy Richards: Author of "A Far Cry..From Home" an award winning book about her experience losing her son
Jeff Croley: Theater and Leadership teacher at DeWitt High School and Co-Founder of the DeWitt and Michigan Creativity Groups
Scott Thomas: Debate and Communications teacher at Plymouth High School
Nancy Wright Maxwell: Retired Sales Director for Family Heritage Insurance, Life Coach
Tim Harshorne: Professor of Psychology at CMU, Researcher for CHARGE Syndrome
Treger Sarah Strasberg: CEO and Founder of Detroit's Humble Design


The Michigan Creativity Group (MCG) is partnering with the filmmakers to bring "The Radiant Project" to the Lansing area. The MCG was created by Jeff Croley and Jason LaFay in 2014 and is dedicated to merging the worlds of business and education to better serve students in Michigan. The MCG develops talent, creates unique learning opportunities for students and utilizes assets to cultivate innovative learning environments that increase student engagement and creative problem-solving skills.

All are welcome to attend this amazing opportunity to see a sample of a new inspiring documentary film series. Come meet some of the people featured in the film as well as those who created it.
