The Center for Michigan will be holding a community conversation at DeWitt High School on March 28, 2016 in the Presentation Center. The purpose of the conversation is to receive input from DHS students in Mr. Croley's Creative Leadership and Mr. LaFay's Sociology classes regarding "Restoring Trust in State Government". Similar conversations are being held throughout the state of Michigan to gather Michigan residents' thoughts, ideas, opinions and priorities about their barriers to trusting state government, as well as ideas for improving their trust. Topics will include government services, the public purse and taxes, and the political system. This will be a wonderful opportunity for students to have their views heard on such an important topic!
