Urban Renewal is the premiere fashion event of 2016 in Lansing! This event by the Michigan Creativity Group will showcase the apparel of local established and emerging designers from The Runway (fashion business incubator) and Lansing Community College's Fashion program. The Michigan Creativity Group is pleased to present Lansing Area high school students will model fantastic designs. After the fashion show, there will be TED style talks from the designers discussing their experiences establishing themselves in the fashion industry. Any individuals interested in starting up an apparel line or helping to build the industry in the Lansing area will not want to miss this amazing event! Urban Renewal Fashion Gala: Uniting and Celebrating Local Talent in the Lansing Region will be held at the Runway in Lansing (300 South Washington Square, Suite 100 in the Knapp's Centre) at 6:00 (doors open) through 8:00 PM.
